Wedam Kadoa Rhoda is a Social Entrepreneur who uses her potentials to solve social issues such as ensuring that rural girls have access to a sustainable menstrual hygiene solution, women have access to sustainable livelihood and job creation for the Ghanaian youth.
Her initiative to deal with these pressing issues has enabled the Ghanaian rural communities solve the menstrual hygiene management situation as well as build capacities of the less privileged to earn a source of livelihood.
She has so far served close to 5000 rural girls with reusable pads within the three Northern Regions since 2014 including the Ghana schools for the deaf and have provide 18 women and girls with vocational skills training.
She has broken several barriers in the Information Technology sector in Ghana and West Africa region, which has been recognized by the International Nobles Awards. As part of the award, he was inducted into the West Africa Nobles Forum 2018. He’s currently honoured with the Africa International Award of Merit for his passion and dedication to excellence and quality service delivery in the IT space in Ghana and the West Africa region.
Currently, She is using his experience and leadership skills to mentor and impact the lives of so many Ghanaians through her Ideal Life Vision Organization which organizes annual forums in the Northern Region of Ghana and mentorship programs for undergraduates, Junior high school students and entrepreneurs.
